Schlüsselschritte der vorgestellten Methode sind die Herstellung von AB-Typ-Monomeren und deren enantioselektive Auftrennung mittels chiraler, präparativer HPLC. Mittels 13C-NMR Spektroskopie konnte gezeigt werden, dass die auf diese Weise hergestellten isotaktischen Polymere eine hohe Isotaktizität aufweisen.
